I met with a police/fire chief last week and he indicated he does not like electric vehicles. Following an accident, the electric vehicle is hauled to a towing yard or the owner’s garage. He reported he is seeing several days later that fires errupt from the damaged batteries and electrical fires are very hazardous and require special protocols to put out.

You’re so right that with all of these “innovations” that we, the consumers need to look deeper than what industry is spinning up, and speak up to protect ourselves and our communities. Thank you for your tireless leadership on this.
