Cars now are equipped with sensors, bluetooth and such. You may be experiencing RF from your own car as these features are often difficult to deactivate. You may also be experiencing the sensors and so forth from other cars and/or cell towers strewn along the highways. Also, if you have an electric car, the batteries sometimes have high EMF fields. All to say, it’s difficult to assess what you are experiencing without a meter to determine the source.
