Candlelight Vigils from Around the World Solstice, December 21-22, 2020

5G is currently being rolled out around the world at breakneck speeds, but more and more people are questioning its potential harms to health, wildlife, climate, energy consumption, human rights, privacy, and cyber security.

Shining a light on these harms, peaceful Candle-Light Vigils in various forms were held in Canada, India, the Philippines, Australia, South-Africa, the US, Denmark, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, the UK, Spain, Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania, Guatemala and other countries.

The call to Stop 5G represents the intention to reclaim reverence for the abundance and generativity of the natural electromagnetic environment of the Earth. It recognizes the need for technological innovation to operate within, rather than in defiance of, the Laws of Nature.
